How do I sign up?

Step 1: Please fill out the form below. Someone from our team will contact you within 24-48 business hours.

Step 2: We utilize the DVM insight platform for both uploading the images from your clinic, evaluating the images on our end, and permanent storage of both the images and reports. Once we contact you and confirm that you would like to employ our services we send you information on how to set up your account.

Step 3: Once you obtain your images you will upload them into the DVMinsight portal just like any teleradiology service. The radiologist on service will receive notification that there are images to be interpreted. Depending on the day and time you will be emailed a report within 24-48 business hours.

How long will it be before I get my report?

Teleradiology services via AACI are provided Monday through Friday 8 am-4 pm MT. During these hours if images are submitted the turnaround time will be within 24 hours. If images are submitted outside of business hours or on the following holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) they will be interpreted the following business day.

What if I have questions about the report?

If you have any questions please contact us via email or telephone and we would be more than happy to follow up with you. Our primary goal is to assist you in making clinical decisions, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions. We would also encourage you to let us know any case follow-up. This makes our job easier and more rewarding.

What are the costs associated with image interpretation?

Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a fee sheet. Clients will be billed at the end of the month. There are a variety of payment options available and we can help you set up the most convenient way to pay your bill.

How do I upload images?

AACI utilizes the DVM Insight platform for uploading, interpreting, and storing images and reports. After we have discussed AACI providing teleradiology services for your clinic, should you wish to move forward we will help put you in contact with DVM Insight where you will create an account. Images can then be easily uploaded via your account and a report will be created and emailed to you. Once you have an account set up you can easily access previously submitted images and reports. These images and reports will be stored indefinitely with DVMinsight.

What do I do if I want to see the images or the report?

You can log onto your DVM Insight account, all the images and the reports will be stored there.
